**Notice currently there is not much activity at the current time so for the moderators instead of moderating you will have to help get members along with filling in content.
There is a list at the bottom describing what each position does. Check it out and see if that fits you.
**The forum Manager may take on responsibility of other forum depending the need. The older staff have more of an option to becoming Forum Manager also depending on experience of the staff member as new forums are being built .
Below shows the information about each position of the titles
All Staff should post on all forums once they are all up wheather they are Staff on one forum and not the other.( You may put a banner in your sig so the other members know you are staff for that particular forum.
Network Staff & Administraton
Forum Owner/ Network CEO-This spot is for the main person that controls the network of sites/forums and sees that the Administration team is keeping it maintained and making sure the flaws are at a minium, this person also is usually the one that pays for everything so anything that he requests please try to accomodate.
President- Is incharge of the Administration of all forums and alongside with the moderation team also takes part in the administration side of things. And makes sure that the administration is staying active and deals with the staff end of things as to when they arent active. Reports anything to the Owner and forum manager of any problems that may be aside to members and a way to better understand members to make it more better of a community for them.
Vice President-This staff member assists with the President helps alittle with the Moderation and the whole Network in general acts as 2nd incharge when the President isnt around. Deals with Network wide things.
Tech Admins- Deals with the support tickets And Monitors chat conveos (coming soon)
Forum Staff members
Forum Manager-Manages the forums makes sure that all of the staff are active and the forum doesn't need anymore behind the scenes help. Discusses guidelines for each forum maintained meaning the rules and according to the subjects. Does take part in network activities but the main job is to maintain the forum to fit to the needs of the owner and senior staff along with the members. Also sets rules accordingly based on the subject. Deals with Moderation staff to help better the moderation stratedgy. Does take part in some other forum activities of other forums as far as staff.
Asst. Manager- This person just manages the forum based on everyones needs this person keeps in contact with the Forum Manager as to what needs to be done on the board(s) they make sure that the moderation is completing the tasks as moderators and heads and leads. The Asst. Manager also manages the Moderation team by communicating with the head and lead moderator
Head Moderator- Oversees the moderation team on each forum helps put out moderation guidelines for the moderation team to obidby while maintaining the loosness along with keeping a firm hand on things while enforcing the rules and regs per forum
Moderator Lead- This particular position is on a specific forum basis he may manage moderators and do moderating tasks like any other moderator however he can get a further understanding as to what is needed in the moderation area. This position is picked by either the Owner and/or Forum Manager. The lead also keeps in contact with the Head moderator to better organize the moderation side of things and to better serve the purpose.
Moderating Staff (3-6 members)-This position is more on front line they manage the spam, manage members and report when needed to. Communicates with the Head and the lead moderation staff about the ongoings of the forum making sure no spam and helping new comers and by dealing with troublesome members making it a peaceful community.
